Ortahaus Reserve Standard Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders are processed and shipped once payment is confirmed. If there are any delays in processing your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery time is between 3-5 business days.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to factors such as shipping carrier delays, or weather.

Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to the United States only. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or certain remote locations.

Damaged or Lost Items
If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at ortahaushaircare@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address entered during checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for any delays or lost shipments due to incorrect addresses.
